Important Notice: By registering an account with rp99k7 and using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rp99k7.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the rp99k7 platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement. You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws in your jurisdiction.
To register an account with rp99k7, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card or KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without notice. You must submit clear, legible copies of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing both front and back, a recent selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face, and proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document) dated within the last three months. Verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of submission. Accounts failing to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be subject to restricted functionality or suspension. rp99k7 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and leading e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Deposits are typically processed instantly upon successful payment confirmation. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp99k7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. You may close your rp99k7 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Accounts closed by the user cannot be reopened, and you must register a new account if you wish to use the platform again in the future (subject to these Terms).
